While we experienced a bit of miscommunication during the early stages of our dealings with Cars To Go, we ultimately had a very easy and pleasant experience overall. We were looking for a car for our 18 year old daughter and they had a perfect vehicle for us. We also knew what we were looking for. After a brief test drive with Santos, we went back to his desk and were able to negotiate a fair price with him and his general manager. Santos was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I had a few follow up questions post sale and Santos was immediately available to answer them. Highly recommend Cars To Go and Santos for a good car buying experience! Glad we gave them a second chance. Our daughter is quite happy with her car.

I called to check the cars availability before driving to see it . I was lucky enough to get Darrell on the phone . I scheduled an appointment and sure enough there was my car pulled up , clean and ready for a test drive as soon as I showed up. I told him previously that I had financing lined up so I knew my budget . He never once tried to put me into anything above my budget or try and push me to use a different lender . He had my car so clean , gas in the tank and made sure I got a proper test drive on the freeway . Darrell was patient and made it completely stress free . I brought my elderly Mother with me who has very limited mobility and speech . He treated her like a Queen . Noticing her blood sugar may be dropping he had some cookies on hand just for her. He held her door and even assisted her when walking . You can’t put a price on that . Thank you for everything . I would gladly buy from you again .

So, to preface, I am not a fan of car dealerships. Most people feel pressured and like they are being lied to. That being said, my experience at Cars 2 Go was exceptional! I was in a really bad spot and needed a car that day. I explained my situation bad what little I had for a down payment and they made it work for me! This was the easiest car purchasing experience I've ever done. I didn't get bad vibes or pushy energy...everything was right! My car is working out great so far...I really do think this place is amazing. I know 82nd has A LOT of places to purchase a used vehicle...go here.

We went here because they had more suv's we liked. Although I've been told, never buy a car off 82nd. Well, we did. We started with a 2011 Chevy Equinox. We drove it, it broke. They fixed it. A week later, we drove it, it broke. 3 weeks later, we got it back. The lights came on. It went back. I cried and said I'm done. They helped us get a different car. We work together and we're all happy. The guys stood by their business and I would go back. They took the scariness out of 82nd. We made new friends. Thanks Santos and Larry.

Great customer service less than a month after I got my vehicle though after I pay it almost eight grand for it it's got a leak in the oil pan and it's got a hole in the muffler and I've got a bad Cadillac converter.
